		<description><![CDATA[I think Crucial Conversations is the only book on this list with which I&#039;m familiar.  And I think it&#039;s refreshing there&#039;s no Covey on the list.  I suppose there&#039;s no such thing as being overrecommended, but I rebel a bit against a book everyone tells me to read.  Time to put down the SciFi for a while and read something practical.  I&#039;ll start with The Alchemist if it&#039;s the polarizing book - thanks, Jason.]]></description>
